There's been some sad posts lately, because at this station in life, things got sad. But you stand up, dust yourself off, and walk through whatever emotion is hitting you. They're all temporary. Some more intense than others. Some needing a little more attention.
But that's the thing about sadness. Without sadness, you simply would have no way to define happiness.
And sadness, well it makes gratitude, so much sweeter.
